While all true believers would agree and proclaim, "God is good!", do we believe it on a heart level?

Too often we believe God is good and his goodness is reserved for those who deserve it.

However, the scripture tells us that:

Ps 145:9 the Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

Ps 27:13 provides a good way to identify if we really believe God is good to us.

I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.

Endurance and ability to stand under pressure without giving up or losing hope is present in all who truly believe God is good to them on a personal level.
