Does God Tolerate or Enjoy Us? Colossians 1:22
Sadly much of what is taught in Christianity leaves a person feeling that at best God only tolerates us and that is because of Jesus. The truth according to Col 1:22 is our Father has reconciled us to himself through the death and resurrection of Christ! As a result, He has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before Him without a single fault. To be very clear on this fact - because of who God is and what Jesus did, He isn’t just tolerating us but actually cherishes and loves us and our relationship with Him.
Think about this!
We do not stand before any person faultless. However, we do stand before our Heavenly Father faultless. He is not just tolerating us but enjoys us.
